Ok, so to kick the new year (2011) off right, we have overhauled our "Client QuickStart Guide" to be more comprehensive regarding certificate installs and troubleshooting. We have consolidated the Internet Explorer (IE) install paths and added a Firefox (FF) install path. We also add a troubleshooting section that covers browser and certificate issues that may arise.

The updated certificate installation instructions are made even more important for those end users running Windows7.

Microsoft has decided to make changes to the way certificates are handled and it is VERY picky on how you install our "root" and "personal" certificates. Additionally, for those who "upgraded" to Windows7, we are finding that the existing SBT "root" certificates will no longer work. In that case, you must "clean up" the browser before installing a new personal certificate.
